1. Overview

1.1 Tutorle provides users with Internet service to manage the list of personal vocabularies for different subjects.

1.2 This document contains the basic terms of the agreement between the developers of Tutorle service (the "Service") and its user.

1.3 The subject of this Agreement ("Agreement") are all of these services, any of their development (new versions) as well as other issues related to the use of the Service.

1.4 The use of any services, Tutorle is possible only with the consent of this Agreement. You can not use our services, if you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement.

1.5 The actual use of the Service automatically means acceptance of all clauses of the Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should immediately cease all use of this website.

2. Using the Service

2.1 Team Tutorle continuously working on improving and developing the Service. Taking this into account, you agree that the characteristics of the services provided are subject to change without notice.

2.2 You agree, that Tutorle may at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice to suspend or terminate your Service if you violate one or more items using the Service Rules. In this case, you agree that you may lose access to your account and to all the information stored there.

2.3 You as a user of the Service, you can stop using it at any time. To stop using it you do not need to specifically notify the Authority Tutorle.

2.4 You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity. If you have any doubts about the legality of your actions, be guided by the legislation of the country where you live.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

3.1 Service Tutorle is provided 'as is' and developers Service does not provide you with any guarantee in relation to its work.

3.2 In particular, Tutorle makes no warranty that the:

  • Your use of the Service will meet your requirements.
  • Service Tutorle will be available at all times or at a convenient time for you to be safe or will not be prone to errors or failures.
  • Any information obtained as a result of your use of the Service will be accurate and reliable.
  • Errors in the Service will be corrected.

4. Personal Info

4.1 Tutorle does not claim ownership of any information (including text data, images, videos, music or other materials), which is loaded, users transmit or store in your Service account.

4.2 Tutorle will not use your personal data for any purpose other than to provide you with the Service and improvement of services.

4.3 Tutorle will not provide your information to third parties, except as provided by current legislation of Ukraine.

4.4 Tutorle does not guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal information in the case if you provide it to third parties, or in case of hacking your account.
